Each box is cushioned with packing materials which particular bubble wrapped, packing peanuts, or packing tape.  Orders may be packaged in a secure box or at USPS, Fed Ex shipping box. The average processing time for an order is up to 3 business days (Monday -Thursday ), including shipping times. Depending on how many variety of candles wanting to purchase. WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? 3; standard orders can be cancelled by the customer up until an order is shipped. I cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled since often depending on shipping times.Custom order scented candles that have already been produced/partially produced cannot be cancelled. I maintain that right to cancel an order at anytime, within any reason which may include but is not limited to: supply issues, unexpected/personal issues, cannot come to agreement with customer harassment issues ,etc. The customer will always be notified if I am one of the owner’s need to cancel the order and the proper refund will be given. 4; DO YOU PROCESS RETURNS/OR EXCHANGE? I cannot process any returns or returns within any reason. Please remember that frosting is a common occurrence for soy wax. This is not grounds for a refund/replacement. Each glamour Jazz candles has been been test burned with the proper wick, and customers are responsible for knowing how to properly burn a soy candle and therefore tunneling issues are also not grounds for replacement/refund. Any orders were tracking shows “ delivered” cannot be refunded as that is my proof of delivery. The package may be lost or stolen. If the package is still missing after performing, it may need to be reordered. 5: HARASSMENT POLICY ;GLAMOUR JAZZ CANDLES has a zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment, to all extents of its definition, extending from this website to Shopify and including all social media platforms. Glamour Jazz Candles will not tolerate bullying or harassment of any individual for any reason. This includes statements towards the owners as well as the customers,or anyone else speaking of or representing our company. Glamour Jazz Candles welcome and respects any and all feedback, whether negative or positive. Negative reviews or comments are respected long as they are constructive criticisms and not of a personal nature.
